Billing
The website price listed is typically the lowest available, however sometimes there are special promotions. To see what you qualify for connect with an expert.
The price you sign up with will never go up for the duration of your agreement! Zoek does bill in U.S. Dollars however so if you are outside of the United States your price may change due to the conversion rate of your currency against USD.
Zoek accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Paypal, Checks, Cash, Barter, Pies, and High-Fives are currently not accepted.
At this time, only monthly billing is available.
For all new accounts and new services on existing accounts (adding Call Tracking to a Business Package after the initial enrollment) the first charge will occur on the date of enrollment. Monthly billing will occur every 30 days.
Depending on where you are located you may see Zoek or Web Placement as the charge on your account.
You will be responsible to pay for 50% of the remaining balance. You may call the billing department at 888-737-9635 if you need special payment considerations or a payment plan.
Mobile App
Creativity is a virtue and should be fostered, however Zoek's software to build apps is limited to apps that specialize in promoting small business and fostering repeat business.
The Good News: Zoek has some of the most skilled app developers in the world (seriously, we've won awards) and can you give you a custom quote for your job. You may send a description of your project to apps@gozoek.com. All inquiries are confidential and will not be shared.
If you have a shopping cart on your website this can be done very easily. If you do not that is ok! Zoek has partnered with Shopify to provide ecommerce for apps. After you enroll in an App program, your developer will consult you on setting up your Shopify account and how to manage your inventory.
Apple's fee is taken care of for you by Zoek, however Google does not allow third parties (Zoek) to register the Apps for their clients. The process to do this is very affordable and easy and your developer will walk you through how to do this.
There are many very good strategies you can use to attract more downloads. QR Codes, promoting on your website and social media, offering incentives, and word of mouth are usually the best options. For a more personalized strategy session please feel free to contact your PMC at any time.
Your monthly cost covers hosting the app on our servers, the Apple Dev. fee, and allowing you to have unlimited edits and interaction with your Developer to make changes and strategize whenever you like.
If you cancel your app will be removed at the end of your billing cycle from all stores and anyone who downloaded it will receive an error when they try to access it. We will keep the app data on our servers if you ever do want to reactivate at a later time though.
SEO
Once you partner with Zoek the magic behind the scenes starts immediately. Following enrollment you will be introduced to your Personalized Marketing Consultant (PMC) who will help you set up your Google My Business page and verify your listing information.
Within two weeks you will be enrolled into PowerListings and you should start to notice some major changes to your online presence when searching your business name or keywords. Your CAP site will also be up and live, content has been created, design has been done and your sitemap sent to Google, Yahoo, and Bing by this time.
At Day 30 you should start to see improvement, maybe not page one but keywords that you didn't exist for may start showing up on other pages or keywords from page 5 can start appearing on Page 2. Typically one or two keywords can show up on Page 1 by this point.
You will receive a call from your PMC at this point to go over your first Visibility Tune-up and make sure your account is performing properly.
The next milestone is Day 55 where by now no matter your industry or location you should be ranking well on major search engines. Keep in mind that after this point some of the more difficult to rank or geographically more distant keywords still may need some time to cook before they are ready!
The real results you are looking for are customers. This can happen anytime after the PowerListings and GMB profile are created. We like to be conservative and advise to wait a month after the 55 days to really start to see an increase in calls and customers.
One of the more challenging things about marketing is knowing if it is truly working and how your customers are responding. Luckily at Zoek you have multiple tools at your disposal to ensure your marketing dollars are being spent wisely.
Monthly Visibility Reports - Every 30 days on your bill date you will receive an email to the one provided (this email is your login to the MyZoek Dashboard) that will detail every keyword in every one of your cities on Google Local/Maps, Google Organic, Google Mobile, and Bing including what position on which page they appear in contrast to past performance.
Call Tracking - Zoek offers an optional highly recommended call tracking service where you will be provided your own local number hosted by Zoek and forwarded to your main business line. This number will be placed on all the directories Zoek creates, the CAP site, and social media pages. When someone calls that number you will hear a short "Zoek Call" recording (don't worry, your customers can hear it!). You will also be emailed the entire recording of the call along with the caller id and duration of the call.
MyZoek Dashboard - Upon enrollment you will be provided access to your custom dashboard. You will be able to see multiple performance metrics.
Monthly Visibility Tune-Up - Every 30 days you will be contact by your PMC to go over your account. Ask them anything! The great thing about online marketing is everything is tracked. You will be going over the site analytics, call tracking insights, content, social signals, and any issues which may be hindering your performance.
Ranking on the first page of major search engines has become more and more competitive every day and unfortunately it isn't like waving a magic wand or as simple as buying ad space.
The process to get you to page one is lengthy and complicated, but to simplify things you are paying for the work that has to happen for the results, no the results themselves.
This includes expert content creation, CAP design and implementation, hosting, custom domain, on-page SEO, graphic optimization, PowerListings, GMB verification, optimization of the Google, Yahoo, and Bing profiles, enrollment into Visibility Marketing Reports, just to name a few.
Zoek services work best and have been found to show the highest conversion rates when attached to the CAP (Customer Acquisition Page). The CAP can be used to send more traffic to your own site however simply by placing a noticable link to your site at the top of the CAP.
Upon cancellation a few things happen, all of which can be undone easily if you change your mind later:
CAP Site - The CAP site will no longer be hosted, but will not be deleted and you will be given the option to pay a la carte for hosting if you wish to keep it live. The domain will still be live and owned by Zoek until the expiration date (typically 12 months from date of enrollment).
PowerListings - PowerListings will no longer be supported and the changes may revert back to the state they were in prior to PowerListings. This is happens based on each individual directories own policy.
Call Tracking - The number provided by Zoek will no longer be forwarded and can be reassigned to another individual at the behest of the phone companies.
Search Engine Rankings - As optimization has ceased and likely NAP (Name, Address, Phone Number) consistency will become an issue following cancellation it is very likely that online rankings will quickly deteriorate. It is recommended that you make sure ALL information about your business online has at the bare minimum NAP consistency following cancellation. You will likely need to go through the verification process for every listing to update this information yourself.
Analytic Reporting - Monthly ranking reports will no longer be sent but will be archived for future reference, PMC 30 day reviews will cease, and the MyZoek dashboard login will enter a suspended state with only limited information available.
Mobile Apps - If you have the Mobile App upgrade you will no longer have access to the workbench platform and your app will no longer be hosted and supported on the Apple App store. Anyone who has downloaded the app will see an error if they attempt to open it after it is no longer hosted. Google PlayStore may still host the app however there will be no content on the app and users may receive an error message.
Social Media - If you have the Social Media upgrade, then upon cancellation Zoek will no longer provide bi-weekly updates or be able to make any changes to your page. You will be made an admin on the page and have full rights to make changes.
A minimum contract length allows Zoek to provide better quality work at a faster rate. By having an agreement for a certain length of time it enables Zoek to lose money upfront by doing the work on your account and spending money on your behalf for great features like custom domains, high end hosting, custom content creation, PowerListings, and the man power required to put it all together.
Besides you really do not want to try any marketing campaign (especially online marketing) for less than a minimum of 90 days or you will not see results and will just be wasting your time and money.
CAP Sites
"CAP" is an abbreviation for Client Acquisition Page and that is what it is used for. We have created the perfect formula to get our client’s CAP Sites on the front page and drive more traffic to your business and existing site (if you have one). Think of it as an additional directory listing that is much more built out than the traditional form allows.
Our CAP sites are specifically programmed, coded and designed to achieve front page placement on major search engines, which is our ultimate goal for your business – and the reason you signed up for our services. If we were to use your website, we would have to gain access to make some major changes – both aesthetically and to the backend coding - and the way your site is built might not accept these changes.
The content that we use for your CAP has been specifically written to address your targeted clients and contains the keywords and city locations in order to assist search engines in correctly identifying your business as a “best result” when keywords are typed in by your potential customers in the cities that you’ve selected. It is necessary for us to keep this content on your CAP. Keep in mind that your potential customers are most likely just looking for a business like yours and probably won’t be reading the content. Think of it as a secret weapon that your CAP will use to notify Google, Yahoo! and Bing what the site is about, getting it on the front page of search results where it’ll be seen by people looking for your business. Once people see it, 89% of people will click to the contact page to get in touch with you!
No problem! Send it on over! We can either work it into the content that we’ve written for your CAP or add it to its’ own page on your site. If content is provided to us to work into our content, please remember that not all of the changes that you request can be made but we will do our best to stay within our best ranking guidelines. Really want your content verbatim on the site? Again, no worries! Send it over and we’ll add it to its’ own page.
Yes, however we highly encourage you to not make any changes to the template so we can keep this campaign as consistent as possible for the search engines. Once your CAP is created and live on the internet, search engine web crawlers begin exploring the site to see what it’s all about. All of our templates are created and coded to enhance the ability for these web crawlers to get through sites but the longer the site is up and live, the more relevant and understood it is by search engines. We can change the template but will need about a week to complete it since a change in the template will result in us needing to recreate the site. We suggest leaving your CAP in the form that it’s in and making changes to alter the aesthetics of it instead of recreating it entirely.
